It started with the intention of challenging ‘rules’ & expectations To Find the true edge of the Client.

After an unconventional path and a 7 year hiatus, NYCG is back with a heart for the same exact thing.

Hey, I’m EVA. Born in New York and Raised in the midwest, I Currently live in Encinitas, California.

I’ve spent the past 10 years living out my dreams on a very unconventional path. From dropping out of college to be in a band (🤘🏼), to Originally incepting NYCG in 2016, working in non-profit, shifting to tech, And Getting my Master’s in Business Psychology, I would not change any part of this messy, full, beautiful road.

With a million other things Mixed in between all of The shifts and moves, They’ve each led me to exactly where I was always going.

Today, I get to help lead a SEries A startup and Put a decade of learning to work in multiple (unexpected) contexts.

I’ve always approAched my work by challenging what was expected and I truly believe this has given me opportunities I otherwise would not have been seen as qualified for.
